To serve better our old and new clients, we added to our product line cables for electricity and data distribution with self-extinguishable, ceramifiable and traditional silicone insulation.

Thanks to partnerships with design companies, Giat is developing new ways to use silicone. For example Fotosil, our photo luminescent silicone, is being used to create profiles which glows at night.

Since 2000, thanks to support from Indesit company, Enel, Trenitalia and many other clients, Giat has decided to use only Platinum-cured silicone, which has better mechanical and pysycal properties and is safer for workers, users and environment.
